Dust collector belongs to a bag-type, high-pressure, reverse air jet and impulse dust collector, featured by reliable performance, high efficiency dust collecting, easy operating and maintenance. It is applicable for dust control in industries of cereals and feed processing, machinery, metallurgy, building materials and cement, and dust cleaning or recycling and filtering in pneumatic conveying or aspiration duct collecting in other workshop sections.  

Features 

It can be used for pretreatment of dust-containing air, large sized dust is settled firstly, small sized dust is filtered through a filtering sleeve so as to improve the service life of the sleeve; 

A quick mounting and dismounting mechanism manufactured with patent technology for cloth sleeve is applicable for improving operation environment and work efficiency;

-שמירה על ניקיון אתר העבודה עם אבק בעירה היא תנאי חשוב לייצור בטוח.

-נסה לא לערום חומרי שקיות או בתפזורת בין מכונות.

-על מנת להפחית את פליטת האבק לאזורים שמסביב, יש לשמור על כל מכשירי השינוע, מפרידי הציקלון ואוספי האבק במצב תקין. במיוחד, יש להימנע מתופעות ביטול האיטום של צינורות או כיסויים עליונים.

-על מנת להפחית את סכנת התפוצצות האבק, יש לנקות אבק בכל מקום בתדירות וביעילות.

-שמור על כל המנועים נקיים מאבק מושקע.

בדיקה ותחזוקה תכופה

-בדוק בקביעות את התקני הבטיחות כגון מוניטור מהירות וכדומה, לפחות פעם בשבוע.

-בדוק ונקה את כל המפרידים המגנטיים, לפחות פעם ביום.

-על מנת להימנע מהיווצרות חום, יש צורך לבדוק באופן קבוע את הפונקציות של כל הצירים והמיסבים הראשיים, לפחות פעם בשבוע, ולמלא באופן קבוע שמן סיכה.
